Yes, you are right. I am trying to withdraw my application. But the school office told me that the CIS don't receive the OPT card, which I mailed back at this March. Is this the reason why they don't cancel my old OPT?
I will try to graduate this summer at August 13, so don't have much time to wait. Can I use old OPT? Is it illegal?
