请问考过了patent bar, 到哪里去找patent agent的工作？

Computer Science 专业出身，去年自学考过了patent bar.现在还在做engineer，但是想往patent agent 方面转。看看网上的job posting,都要经验。怎么才能削尖脑袋钻入此行中去呢？
