are willing to take another job ? In fact you can't. Your TN1 is only for you emplyer. You can't working for some company like Walmart, etc. As the 失业补助, same as Canadian one, is asking you to take any possible job. I remember that you have to report the job finding progress each week in Canada.
B.S. taking 失业补助 is not good for your green card application.
