Thank Lao Mao and others's opinion very much. Now we made main agreement on most terms and will go for an uncontest divorce. Your opinion was very helpful.

BTW, I would appreciate if anyone could recommend a creditable lawyer in NY area. I heard stories that lawyer might cause troubles deliberately.
