我*****经营权，b想卖店 给c，但c想看租约b没有，找我要，我的是一年一年延期，没有一共三年，但是我们协议没有写明三年。现b苦恼，上当了，c还想要，让我找房东续期。如果b想告我，我有麻烦吗？多谢 ？
