跪求 单身老猫

怪我没讲清，我先签了2年租约，延长了一年，用一年的租约转让经营权，6个月后，买经营权 得人又卖给别人，并且说是还有2年半的租约，还说是我说的，我们之间只有转让的的协议，没有讲租约的问题，我怎莫办？
