多谢caliber详细解答。
我的想法是：教科书的内容是属于公开信息，公开思想，而我的笔记是对这种信息的一种归纳和改写，从这个角度讲似乎又不侵权。另外，我想请教：derivative具体包括哪些方面，要到何种改写程度才不能算derivative?
你说“whether you have liability or not is a different question”又如何解释？
