Today I got a no stop (at stop sign) ticket on my way to work. But I did make a stop. I drive to work almost every day on this local street. I argured with the police officer. But he still give me the ticket. He said if you were nicer to me, I would not give the ticket. But the only thing I said to him was that I did stop and it was unfair to give me the ticket. In addition to ask my ID, registration and insurance cards, he also asked me where to go and where I work. Is it normal to ask these for a trafic voilation case?
I realy do not want to plea guily and pay the fine because it is so unfair. But on the other hand, if I go to court and say to judge that I did make a stop ( that is the only thing I think I can say about the case because there is no other witness at site), is there any chance I can win? Please help!
Why the police officers I met are so mean?
