Please help! - dispute with contractor

Please help! 我因为回国, 需要把房子租出去. 七月底,我找了contractor来做driveway, lawn and sprinklers. 他们先做了driveway, 但是质量非常差, 表面坑洼不平. 他们租了机器, 试图弄平, 不想搞出更多坑洼. 我告诉他们要fix it, 而且后面的工程我也不会再给他们做. 他们于是在上面刷了薄薄一层水泥. 不出3天, 上面那一层all broken. 我打电话complain, 他们就又在上面刷了薄薄一层,并且告诉我他们用的是特殊水泥, 非常坚固. 我没敢停车, 果然, 没出3天, it's broken again. 我让他们重新做, 否则我拒绝付余款(我已予付了$1,500). 今天我收到了county来的信, 说the contract put the mechanic's lien on my property. I then filed a complaint to California Consumer Affairs against the contract. I'm leaving on 9/2 to China. What should I do now?
