You are nuts as most people here who asking questions. You made up your mind and looking for someone to agree with you.

You purchase a cashier's check with the company's title on it. It is sign that you have the money and you are willing to pay.

Then you mail the copy of this check with your certified letter discuss about the solution of this problem.

If they decided to give up then ask them to cancel the contract.

You need show that you are capable to pay and willing to pay at all time. Hire your lawyer for the best advise.
