紧急求助!!!!!劳工和卡车撞上了

老猫,兄弟姐妹门,我劳工昨天和卡车装上了,车不能用了.昨天早上我老工去上班的路上, 一两大卡车从旁边的路上左转过来,我劳工在主道上行驶,来不及刹车,撞到了卡车的车轮上.我门的车已不能用了,劳工现在是右脚骨折,不知多久才能上班.昨晚COP本来说已经给了卡车司机TICKET,但今早叫我们过去又改口说还要给我劳工"没有及时刹车"的处罚.COP说今天有两个证人打了电话给他们.
我现在一是担心我劳工丢到工作(我没工作,在家看小孩); 二是我门的车没了,不知道法官会怎样判,还有医疗费等问题.

求大家给些意见.先谢谢了._:'(
