请单身老猫及各位热心人帮忙:关于离婚抚养费问题

本人结婚１０年，育有两个小孩，因先生希望我在家照顾家和孩子，所以我也就听他的，从没外出工作过，也没有一个异性朋友。本以为一旦结婚，便会天长日久，但现在却事与愿违。我现在才明白：女人不自力，就会被看轻。。。。如果离婚的话，我没有收入，是不是很难拿到小孩的监护权？如果拿不到监护权，他需不需付我本人的抚养费？他有稳定及高收入工作，我们有共同房产，我们都在美国，是美国公民。非常感谢帮助！
