If you lucky attorney will take your case. Because this guy might have nothing to go after. Even you got judgment favor you, you still dont get anything. Chinese call this "光脚的不怕穿鞋的。”

A side notes, when attorney call 30% that is 30% + cost. That means he can charge you $1/page for copy. End up you can not get 70%.
