1/3 claimed money for the atterney?

I do not have under-insuranced coverage. I guess that is something I am going to add for my next car :(

I did get a chance to talk to an atterney this afternoon, basically he is more interested in going after personel injury. And he told me he is going to take 1/3 of the personel injury money as his commition. Is this standard for similar situation?
