Now understand more of your situation. Two questions: 1) How your hu*****and be employed at a government agency? Is it a federal agency? As an employee or as a visiting scholar or postdoc? 2) Why the director insists your hu*****and a potential terrorist and posting danger? Just because of the downloading? that seems overreached.
