我该咋办？

二年前在停车场刮了一下别人的车； 给了保险公司的号码， 五个月后Case closed. 今天法院给我一个被告通知。 罪名好重。 我要咋办？现在好恼火！有懂得好心人可以帮我吗？ 我在宾州的。谢谢！
