老猫请帮忙:landlord filed eviction,现在能搬走吗?

我们发现我们付的utility fee 比邻居的多,孩子他爸要求apartment management象PG&E一样给个计算帐单的办法,他们不给,我们家这个就不付帐单.我劝过他,他不听.一来二去,apartment management 下了three day notice, 他说他们有鬼, 不敢告.我怕,还来这里问过大家.

这周二,他们真把我们告了,我们愿意低头,付一切费用,但他们还想借机报复.我实在不想住在这里了,请问老猫:

我们在5天必须respond 其间搬走,他们还能跟我们要break lease的费用吗(我们的lease 12月 31日end)? lease 是否在three day notice时已经失效了? 他们想让我们付了所有费用继续keep lease.

我门在开庭之前搬走,这个case 会自动drop 吗?

如果他们非要上法庭,他们的律师费大约是多少?

我们住在加州旧金山湾区,想找个律师咨询一下,能帮我们介绍一个好律师吗?
