过海关钱被扣,怎么办?急!

我送LG去机场从加拿大到美国乘机飞北京,他一人回京,带了$6,000多,我准备去银行存钱,带了$3,000多,进美国时我们都有说所带钱数,可他们不信,非说我会把$3,000给LG带回中国.过程中,他们把我们钱包里所有的钱加一起说是$11,100左右,说是我们故意把钱分开放以防过$10,000的LIMIT.他们问我钱从哪来时,我一紧张就说钱是LG留下给我的,其实后来想起来一天前因为我只有$2,000多的CASH在家,他才去银行取的钱,(按理说那里有我的钱).这一下可好,他们就更确定钱都是我LG的,不仅钱被扣,还给我们留下了RECORD,而且案子还转到COURT去了.都怪我傻,脑子确根弦,昨天LG还说钱太多,给我留下点,可他万万没想到我把钱带上了.我真的很后悔给LG带来了大麻烦,也不知我是不是还能解释清楚.LG身无分文的走了,也不知他再回来时会不会被拒绝入境.律师说星期一给COURT打电话,可我心急想先问问胜诉的可能性还有LG需要经常出入美国,以后会不会有很多麻烦,如果胜诉,RECORD能不能去掉.如果去不掉怎么办?能不能把所有不好的都加到我一人头上呢?谢谢帮忙!!!
