caught speeding in school zone---help!

This is second time I was caught speeding in school zone this year, but I was never speeding before this year. Honestly, I did not notice that flashing yellow light both times, so I was 16 mph over the limit. The first time I did not fight because I did not know if I would win, also it was too much trouble, so I plead guilty and paid the fine. This time, because it's my second offense, I will be fined upto $500 and my driver's license is likely to be suspended for two month.

I am taking medications that will cause confusion and problems in vision. I think I can ask my Doctor to testify that. I will also ask the doctor to switch medcine for me.

What I am not sure is if I can prove I am innocent, will they suspend my driver's license even longer because of my medical situation?

PS. I am in Pennsylvania
