碰到一件可气的事，想在这里请教明白的人。

儿子的头形睡偏了，去看了矫形诊所。测量的结果正好在保险能够cover的范围的线上。医生也开了preion. 就给他配了头盔。花了约有３０００刀。矫形诊所说他们不和保险公司打交道，但给了我们一些document,我们自己马上报了保险。前两天受到保险公司的信，说他们需要向诊所要更多的信息，已经给诊所发了信，但没说要什么信息。我们今天给矫形诊所打电话，被告知，“We don't deal with insurance company”。诊所就是把收到的信放到一个文件夹，不作任何处理。听起来就是保险公司和诊所都是按自己的policy做事，但对我们来说就是３０００刀的损失。一想到诊所一封简单的回信就可以给我们拿回这些钱，但他们却不肯做，就觉得太冤。请问明白人，是不是就只能forget about this $3000?
