in a situation like this, you do need to act.
insurance would not pay for your claim unless you have all
the documents. and whatever document is missing, u
need to get it from the clinic and submit it to the
insurance. otherwise u risk paying it yourself.

i went through similar thing last year for purchasing of
a breast pump.
