象这种情况，你可以给当地警察局打电话，投诉有人私进你的住房。一般情况下，警察没有明确的邀请，都不能进入私人的住房，除非有搜查证。你的房东不事先通知你，或取得你的同意(除非你的租房合同上事先说明了)，都不可以。

这样的realtor 要么是太没经验，要么就是欺负你。没有人会/“愿意”犯这种错误。只有口头同意都不一定充分，房主说东西丢了就说不清了。你可以警告他/她，说要报警。
