请问他们这样合法吗？谢谢！

我们租住在一个房东的house里，租期到今年7月底。房东想把房子卖掉，我们就同意如果卖掉早点搬也没关系，因为房东人不错，我们想帮他个忙。房东找了realtor来帮他卖。这些realtor很利益化，也很无礼，不尊重我们的私人生活。我们早就argue过几次，但也没有办法。昨天他们说要show house，时间上我只说星期三早上11点半前可以，并没有说好，他们说会打电话跟我confirm时间，但我一直都没有等到他们的回电。今天中午回家的时候，我发现他们有人来过了，因为每次他们来show house，都会留名片在桌上。我很生气打电话过去问，那个接线员先说她打电话了，我说我没收到，她又改口说，她留言了但她没有收到我的confirm，所以她告诉那个今天show house的realtor了，那个人不应该去。我一时没找到我把那张名片放到哪里了，就收线说回头找到在告诉她是谁来过。

现在我想问一下，他们这样合法吗？他们还有一次show了房子之后，没有给我锁门就走了，我一个周末都不在家，我家的房门就这样一整个周末都没有锁。不过这也没有证据就是了。后来他们来，我都要在桌上放一个条子，让他们一定要把门锁了。我觉得他们很不负责，所以很生气，自始至终，他们连一句道歉的话都没有。

请问各位专家，如果他们这么做不合法，我们只想说的严重些让他们注意一点，没有什么别的。房东似乎也拿他们没办法，也很不愉快，但房东急着卖房子，不愿得罪他们。谢谢各位的任何意见！
