离婚后在国内的房产分配

我们在到国外之前在国内买了一套商品房(共有房产). 现在我们办了离婚. 由于房产在中国,并且在关于房产的现有价值上我们还有争议.考虑到海外昂贵的律师费及举证和执行的困难, 我可以终止放弃在国外的诉讼而到国内进行诉讼吗?
