I went to a Chinese dentist about a month ago and found that he charged me some service that he never did when I received the bill today. He billed my insurance the same time. I am responsible for the part that will be not covered by the insurance.I was so mad because he lied on the bill. This is the first time that I met a situation like this.I would appreciate if you could give me some suggestion on this.
I will first call that dentist, then call my insurance tomorrow. Is this a good idea call my insurance? Will my insurance help me with that? If my insurance refuse to pay it because of my call and I will pay all of it if I lose the case with the dentist? Do I need to go to court for that? Thanks in advance for your kindly suggestion and help.
