open account in China

My hu*****and and I like to open an account in China and transfer some money there. We cannot go to China right now. My hu*****and likes to transfer the money to his brother's account. Even though, my relationship with my hu*****and is very good now, should I do this. I told my hu*****and about my concern, he is not very happy that I don't trust him completely. The money is only small portion of our asset. But it is not little. Any surggestion. Is there any other way we can do? Thanks.
