my I-485 application is pending for more than 3 yrs due to name check. most of cases at that time already approved long time ago. I already ask help from congressman, senator, first lady, and also get same answer- case pending due to name check by FBI.

come on, they waste me lots of time on this, we can have much more opportunaties if have GC now. also waste us lots of money to renew our EAD/AP ...

why do you think it is scare to fight with FBI/USCIS ? I already push them on hearing, and this will be last step.

anyway, if someone have experience in hearing, please share with us
