Hi Old cat,

thank you very much for your reply. As I said in my post, basically he was told not to communicate with the parent regarding issues which should be my hu*****and's responsiblity. If he didn't as he was told by his boss, later on, when it turns out to be an issue, when the corporate ask about that, his employer will say to the corporate that it's my hu*****and's fault because my hu*****and didn't communicate with them. That's the reason why my hu*****and has to leave. if he doesn't leave, he will be the scapegoat. Also, as I said, the top guy in the subsidary has absolute power, my hu*****and's direct boss will throw my hu*****and into the wheel in order to protect himself. Also, the HR of the subsidary is under the absolute control of the top guy, that's why i said nobody my hu*****and can't talk to in the subsidary to get any help. Perhaps he should talk to someone in the HR of the corporate? Do you think it's appropriate? He didn't resign yet but he 's going to send out an resignation letter before monday morning. Should he talk to the HR of corporate first? Or he just send out the resignation letter and file a complaint later if they refuse to pay him bonus? thanks.
