求助：CREDIT REPORT上面的信息完全是另外一个人！

申请信用卡被拒了，理由是信用记录有问题。可我思前想后也没找出原因，ORDER了一份REPORT，结果有了惊人的发现：名字一样，住址一样，可那完全是另一个人！朋友提示我，换地址要在10天内通知移民局，可我以为只要LG做了这件事就可以了，自己没有单独的去改地址。这中间共搬过三次家（用第一次的住址申请的SSN），其中最后一次是换了州的，身份也从J2变成了H4。大家看看我应该怎么办？谢谢你们的帮助。
