Don't blame USCIS, USCIS has no responsible for your credit.

Now everyone can get his credit report free once every year. You can get it online. Google annual free credit report.

If you find others information in your credit report, you need report the credit bureau to let them fix it. If your information was stolen by others (include your SSN, your address), you need fix it as soon as possible. It is not easy if that guys stole money from credit company.
