我第一次聽説最後一個月的房租要在第一個月付的。 只有一種情況咧外，就是a year contract for one month free. 如果你簽了一年的合同，你可以要求任何一個月免費，否則對方是against law. 加州法律允許房東收取兩個月的保證金但不是最後一個月的租金。你最好先讀清楚你的合同。
