本居士以为，当前可能不会有什么问题，但不能保证今后一定没有麻烦。因为中国已加入ＷＴＯ，根据中国政府对ＷＴＯ的承诺，五年以后，国际金融市场就可进入中国市场，到那时就不能保证了，只能看你的运气啦，无论国际法还是国内法，都是保护债主的。
