still fraud, cheating everywhere. We should recommend comnsumer use a right WAY to prevent such thing happen but not just "NOT deal with chinese service provider". There are many good people there. You may be one of them.

In US, remember keep everything in writing. Phone companies are known in cheating, not only in Chinese marketing.

Always remember to ask a written offer before you acceop any telemarketing.
