I am wiriting the cover letter for 1040X, you said

"自付款都是免税的, 不应该受你的选择影响." can you tell me the publication number I can use it as the reference for this refunding? Thanks. Amy


只要比较你W2的#1和#3就可知道, 一般说#1+免税开支=#3.

如果你确认W2有问题, 要你的单位给更正, 再用1040X要回你多交的税.
