I got two letters to explain my question from the company yesterday, but the explaination in the two letters for the same issue is different. One said it caused by market drop, later letter I got said that speed and diligence lead to account reporting discrepancies.
I just though such company as TIAA CREF should not make this mistake. For I called a agent at TIAA CREF, when I found my account mistake, the agent told me it seemed I had money withdrawn, but I didn't.
