退休金帐户怀疑有诈

我与2005在TRAA_CIEF开始存放退休金。我的所有的帐户管理都是在online 上的。我发现TRAA_CIEF的online帐户总是有问题。先是我老公的$3000 contribution 突然不见了，打电话并写信，花了长达一个多月的时间才得以解决，对方解释说是 problem of computer maintenance.
今年一月13日，我查看我的portfolio performance， 我发现我的总的余额与9月30日比掉了一千多块。其实，投机的升降本是很正常的事，但从9月30日至1月13日，股市总体是一直在涨的，我选的投资8个项目其中只有2个略有所跌，其余都有涨，除此之外，我每月还有$333投入。这就意味着跌落是不可能的。为此我又给这家公司打电话并写信。今天我再看我的余额，昨天的余额才$14676， 今天就成了$16865了，而且没有任何解释。我觉得这钱掉的不明不白，涨的也不明不白。有哪位可帮我解释一下？我要找律师吗，还就这样算了。Thank you!
