遇麻烦啦, 求助

前几天对方闯红灯撞了我,我的车全毁了, 今天拿到警察报告, 说是对方责任, 可上面却没有POLICY#, 问警察, 警察说可能她没有出示保险卡, 所有信息都是从电脑里打出来的.后来打电话给报告上说的保险公司, 人家说没人FILE CLAIM, 查到有这么个人, 但却没有AUTO INSURANCE!!! 我怎么办啊, 我只有LIABILITY, 自己的保险不可能COVER, 我有对方姓名,地址,车牌,VIN, DOB,DRIVER'S LICENSE, 我能告她吗??? 请大家出个主意
