求助：我的新车在高速上被撞毁了

当时在共有三条lane的高速上行使，我在中lane,而且在限速以内，左边是一辆大卡车，我在超它之前，它并没有给我向右换lane的信号，但当我走到它中间时，它给了右转信号，而且马上向我这条道上转过来，我嘀了它一声，而且也来不及向右换道，车前部就被它撞了，接着我的车就失去了控制，撞到左边护栏上，然后从护栏上弹回来又撞了行使在最右lane的一辆SUV，最后在右边的shoulder上停了下来.当时感觉背部和腰部很疼，所以周围的人就让我呆在车上不要动，直到救护车把我送到医院。后来警察到医院问了我车祸发生的过程，我告诉了他，警察没有给我任何ticket。他当时只给了我那个我撞了的SUV的车的信息。别的什么也没有，我从来没有经历过车祸，所以不知道该做些什么，当时老公还在赶往医院的路上，我也没有多问警察。上个星期我们收到了警察写的车祸报告，报告中说我是为了避开那辆大卡车自己撞向左边护栏，是我的全责，没有任何大卡车的信息。我哭死。。。我的车totally off.　

现在我想知道，这种情况还有没有挽回的余地，我应该做些什么？去找个律师或者去找那个警察？虽然自己的车是全保，但我还是觉得很冤，明明被别人撞了，现在倒成了自己的全责,如果我是单纯地想避开大卡车，我应该向右打方向才是，怎么会先撞向左边的护栏？想听听大家的建议，是否有办法挽回这种局面？
