I think she explainded clearly. There was no reason the car lost control under good weather condition. The truck hit her first.

Most truck drivers were bad not because they are careless, because they drive for long hours and all the time. Sometimes they were tired. If police really want, they could find the truck – like FBI. But it is only a car accident.

You need to insist the fact, even you have no way to prove it.

At least you will be covered by your insurance for your new car.
