As most Chinese living in the US, we all want our kids to be among the best. It is legal to spank kids when they are

mi*****ehaving, as long as you do not leave any mark. In this case, I happened to have left the marks, which was not my intention.

If you think the Child Protection Service is always for the best interest of the child, I suggest you take a look at this site: www.fightcps.com

I believe I am a caring parent and I do not take pride in what has happened. I know for sure this will never happen again. I will hire an attorney and gather evidence to prove myself if it ever becomes necessary.

I was asking for help to see if anyone has more insights in the legal procedure. I welcome all comments, even though I feel some of them may be inaccurate statements.
