我可不可以起诉HUMBER COLLEGE?!

我去年在HUMBER 读的LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION(3年的PROGRAM), 今年夏天我申请了该校的8个月的PROGRAM-SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT. 并且顺利通过每一步, 最终得到OFFER(在网上确认的). 当学校发现我是LOGISTICS的学生的时候, 突然把OFFER收了回去,我的ADMISSION STATUS 变成DECLINE. 并且收到了学校的拒信. 他们拒我的理由是我是两年的DIPLOMA, 他们要求DEGREE 或三年的DIPLOMA. 而SCM 的网站上的入学要求明确写着: “ A university degree, or three-year college diploma, or a combination of education and work experience”. 我有多年工作经验, 应属于最后一条.

我拿着打印好的OFFER CONFIRMATION 到学校去质问, 他们诡辩说学校发错OFFER了, 坚持说我不够入学条件, 要想进入SCM, 必须跟学校签一个协议, 其中有如下几条:
1. You will be on academic probation.
2. You must attend all scheduled classes and participate in all course activites, including ting all assignments by the due dates.
3. You will not be allowed to withdraw from or drop any of the courses.
4. You must successfully complete all of the above course within the term of study.
Failure to meet any or all of the above conditions may jeopardise your continuation in the program.

我说这是歧视, 其他是2年DIPLOMA的同学也签这个吗?! 被我严辞拒绝. 而且我还要退出LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION.

有一点我想说明的是, 当初在我递交了EDUCATION DOCUMENTS 给学校之后(我不是通过OCAS 递的), 学校在随后给我的信中写到:
§ You have successfully completed the first step of the admission process to the Supply Chain Management program for Fall 2006. To continue to the final step and to receive an admission decision, we invite you to attend an English and Math assessment followed by an interview at the College.

不知道象这种情况, 我可不可以起诉HUMBER ?!
