What is in contract (图)

Attached is from the standard apartment contract of Texas Apartment Association. As I understand, the contract was written by an or afew attorny. I am not a lawyer. But an real estate agent. Based on my understand. The tenant need to take responsebility. Even the landlord's insurance paid the loss, that means the landlard pass the right to get treimbursment to the insurance company. The nsurance company will still follow you to ask you to pay.
