help how to solve this problem?

I wrote down my friend's address in my resume for a local position. now I will go to the company for an interview, what address should I fill in the company's Applicant Declaration/Clearance Check Form or other application forms?
If I provide my friend address, the police clearance check can find it out or not? it will affect my friend? or he can say we shared this house/apartment before?
