求帮 traffic ticket

前些时在高速上吃了一张超速罚单，警察说我开了95英里，限速是65，今天收到法庭的信，但是并没有提到罚款金额，并说不符合上traffic school的资格，必须上法庭。

我当时并没有开那么快，80-85左右，请问该怎么处理？需要找律师吗？大概费用是多少？请高手指教。我在旧金山湾区，谢谢！
