"不符合上traffic school的资格"说明你在(3年内?每个地方不同), 已经不是第一次吃罚单.

如果你被判有罪, 不仅要交SPEEDING的费用, 还影响你的今后的车保险(这才是大头).

如果情形不至于严重到做牢之类的, 可选不找律师. 自己查材料, 找CASE LAW等. 坏处是费心费力. 好处也是一个学习的过程.

建议:

1. 先自己在网上找一些材料看看, 了解一些基本情况. 比如说罚单说你开95M/H, 你自己确定是80-85. 肯定是警察的RADAR OR ODOMETER 测定有问题. 在TICKET上, 可以看出警察是用什么侧你速度的.
只要证明测速不准, 给你罚单后没调试RADAR. 你就可以WIN CASE...

2. 打电话找律师谈. 关于你的CASE, 价钱等等. 看有没有不打赢不付钱的律师
