H-1领养孩子有什么法律问题会影响么

夫妻均为h-1. 我设想的很简单。
在国内孤儿院领养，办领养手续。
办户口
办护照
h-4签证过来

可能时间是个问题。 其他有什么要注意的吗？
我想我们既不是绿卡，又不是公民。 应该只有签证是否能通过的问题吧。
