谢谢各位高见，我在不同网站都在征询意见，这里的是最有帮助的。 现在我们想提出的要求是

replace with full loaded top trim, plus $2000 cash back or 8yr/120K extend warranty.

Bottom line is replace with same model plus 8yr/120K extend warranty.

If they will not accept bottomline request, we will drive the car back and send complaint to BBB autoline, Honda Headquater, State attorney general, and local newspapers and TV station. I also found a local Auto dealer fraud special lawyer. We may contact with them if necessary.

Should we record the conversation when deal w/ dealer?
