Bottom line is replace with same model plus 8yr/120K extend warranty.

If they will not accept bottomline request, we will drive the car back and send complaint to BBB autoline, Honda Headquater, State attorney general, and local newspapers and TV station. I also found a local Auto dealer fraud special lawyer. We may contact with them if necessary.

Should we record the conversation when deal w/ dealer?
