We are concerning about the safety of the van since it had service records between NOv. and DEc. And DMV may not issue title to us since current "owner"'s title is still active. So replace might be the best solution we can thinking about. Maybe beside replace we can ask more , like extended warranty as you mentioned.

Anyway, many many thanks for your help. We will update the result tomorrow after coming back from dealer.
