如果你签的时候被误导，是不是挺生气的？

我查了有关法律，builder这么做是不合法的：

Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act 1974 (RESPA) is a federal statute enacted by the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).In Section 9, RESPA prohibits home sellers from
requiring home buyers to purchase their settlement services from a particular company either
directly or indirectly, as a condition of sale. Buyers may sue a seller who violates this
provision for an amount equal to three times all charges made for the title insurance.
